When you make an online payment through CCEC’s website or PowerPay24 app, our online payment processor, InvoiceCloud, ensures that your payment and contact information are processed quickly and securely.

CCEC members who pay their bill online between July 1 and August 31 will be entered into InvoiceCloud’s Sweepstakes for a chance to win travel vouchers, Apple Watches or Amazon gift cards. Member who enroll in paperless billing will receive a second entry.

Enrolling in paperless billing is easy. First, create a PowerPay24 account. Once logged in, under billing information, click "paperless." To enable paperless billing, click "yes" and be sure to save your changes. If you have questions about enrollment, give us a call at 252.247.3107.
